As we move toward our 15th year in business, our roots and dedication to customers in Franklin and Bedford Counties, and surrounding areas, is clear. Roger Thomas, a seasoned veteran of the vehicle repair business, leads a team of 4 skilled and certified technicians, Charlie Wiseman, a friendly and highly experienced front desk assistant, while Roger’s Wife, Dale, handles billing, accounting and generally keeps all the guys in line.

With eight service bays covering 7200 square feet, we can address multiple vehicles simultaneously, enabling us to serve our customer base quickly and efficiently. 5 electric lifts allow us to access every nook and cranny of your automobile, SUV, or truck to clearly visualize, service, or repair any part, ideally positioned for rapid access and diagnosis. In addition we have available a front end lift, for jobs that dont require the entire vehicle be lifted, or repairs that require the rear wheel reaming on the shop floor.  One of our bays is dedicated to our advanced Hoffman Visualiner Computerized Laser Measurement and Alignment technology to precisely align your suspension for optimum tire wear, MPG and handling.  AC service is expedited by our Robinair Air Conditioning Diagnostics and Charge machine.  Once attached to your vehicle’s AC system, it automatically tests for leaks, evacuates and re-charges the system with the exact amount of coolant required  with zero waste. 

Our Friendly Front Office Folks

Roger's extensive career began in the 1970's working as an automotive technician, moving up the ranks into automotive management in 1982. During his many years in the business, he has worked on and with, a vast variety of cars, truck, and SUV's. Obviously however, Roger's chosen role is customer service, where his calm, unflappable, polite demeanor, and dry wit, bring accolades from his satisfied customers.
ROGER THOMAS
Charlie began his automotive career in the late 70's working in a service station/garage while attending school in West Virginia. The past 4 decades have been spent in the parts and service industries, initially as a delivery driver, working his way up the ranks to an account manager for multiple stores. He also did stints with John Deere and Massey Ferguson in service, sales and management along the way.
CHARLIE WISEMAN
Continuing the family tradition, Jen replaced her Mom Dale as office manager when she retired in the summer of 2021. Jen brings a lifelong passion for numbers and a bookkeeping certificate from Virginia Western Community College to keep payables and receivables inline and the bottom line solid. She shares a love for all things automotive and defines herself as a “Jeeper”. Her affection for animals is well known, her 2 favorites being German Shepherds Nole and Nitro. As is obvious, she is right at home in Dale’s former office.

JEN PERDUE
Derrick’s love for the auto industry began early in his life, helping his Dad work on vehicles as soon as he could lift a wrench. Knowing that hobby would be his chosen profession, he enrolled in the Auto Tech course at FCHS, furthering his education at VWCC and PHCC, and initially working in the service department of a local dealership in 2009, then in his father-in-laws shop until 2020. Fast forward to 2023 and we welcome Derrick’s in his new role as Service Writer. After hours, his Wife Libbie and boys Logan and Oliver keep him busy on baseball fields, or simply having family fun.
